1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including browsing products, reading service information, and sending enquiries. You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, misuse forms, or submit misleading information. We may update the website content at any time to reflect product availability, specification updates, or service improvements.

2. Quotes and measurements

Initial quotes may be estimates based on the information you provide. A confirmed quote typically requires an on-site measuring visit. Where measurements are required, the final specification is agreed before ordering. If you choose to provide your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy unless we confirm them during a visit.

3. Orders, lead times, and availability

Product availability and lead times can vary by frame material, color, glazing, and hardware. We will communicate expected lead times and delivery windows once the specification is confirmed. If a supplier changes availability or a component becomes unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives or discuss revised timelines.

4. Installation services

Installation dates are agreed in advance. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, including any required permissions from building management. We will take reasonable steps to protect floors and nearby areas, remove old units safely, and leave the work area tidy. Some disruption and noise are normal during removal and fitting.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. For made-to-measure products, cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed with the manufacturer. Where deposits or payments apply, we will explain the timing and any non-refundable elements before you commit.

6. Payments

Payment terms vary depending on project scope and whether goods are made to order. We may request a deposit to place an order and the balance on completion or at an agreed milestone. We provide itemized documentation where applicable.

7. Warranties and aftercare

Warranty terms depend on the product range and manufacturer conditions. We provide warranty documentation when available and explain the basics during handover. Aftercare adjustments for alignment and operation may be needed as components settle. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered by warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are indirect, consequential, or not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability in connection with services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods or services, except where the law requires otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to ClearView Windows Shop. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials from this website without permission, except where permitted by law for personal use.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including cookie preferences and contact requests.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence where applicable.
